Hoults Yard

Hoults Yard has been transformed in recent years from an industrial estate to a funky and flexible office complex with character. It’s a great place to work, with a buzz from the team spirit of entrepreneurs in PR, design, digital, marketing, manufacturing, audio visual, conference production and general business.

Recent developments have focused on revitalising the historic buildings, creating Maling Studios, The Old Forge and The Boiler House. These house clients including Mere Mortals, Green Media, Standing Stone, The Point Design, onebestway and SB Squared. The Kiln adds a new dimension to Hoults, providing high spec, open plan new space alongside one of the latest developments – a popular café in our original 1879 Clocktower.

Hoults Yard was built for the renowned Tyneside pottery Malings which, at its peak, employed over 1,000 staff at the site. The Hoult family acquired the business and used the space for storage and removals until 1983.

Hoults Yard is less than 5 minutes from Newcastle City Centre and is able to offer on site parking, out of hours security staff and 24 hours access.
